The redesign reconfigured the kitchen to incorporate a dining zone as part of the main living space, improving daily usability while maintaining connection to both the coastline and the surrounding landscape. Timber, travertine, and aged brass introduce warmth and texture, while sculptural detailing enhances the apartment’s clean geometry. Cantilevered chrome and rattan detail the dining chairs, delivering comfort without visual heaviness.
A dividing wall between the lounge and multipurpose room was removed to increase openness and allow light to move freely through the apartment. Curved joinery with travertine and aged brass anchors the living area, referencing the coastline beyond. A modular sofa allows flexible arrangements for family or guests, while the ensuite's curved travertine and marble surfaces pair with brass accents to create a tranquil retreat informed by the tones of sand and sea. A freestanding bath positioned toward the coastline reinforces a sense of calm and connection to the ocean.
