1 | Let's Talk

It begins with a conversation. Share your ideas, goals, timelines and budget, and we’ll meet onsite or over Zoom. I'll outline how I can help, define a scope, provide a return brief and a fee proposal, giving you clarity from the very beginning.

2 | Concept Design

I’ll visit your site, take measurements and understand it's context. Ideas will be explored and a concept package developed, including early spatial planning, mood boards, material palettes and design direction. This establishes the look, feel, and key ideas, welcoming your feedback before we refine.

3 | Design Development

With a concept established, I'll prepare 3D models, floorplans, joinery designs, products and material selections, This stage brings clarity, refines ideas, and locks in details, showing the design really come together for your residential or commercial interior.

4 | Construction Documentation

A detailed documentation package is prepared for quoting, approvals and construction. Documentation includes plans, elevations, joinery details and finishes schedules. This provides clarity for trades and suppliers ensuring the design is executed as intended.

5 | Contract Admin & Project Assistance

During construction, I can remain involved as much or as little as needed, comparing quotes, reviewing shop drawings, answering trade questions, recommending alternatives, and checking-in. My role is to maintain alignment between design intent and the realities on site, keeping everything coordinated stress-free.
